We, along with practically half the population, love the music from the start of rock and roll in the 50s to just before the advent of the CD in the early 80s and its "digital" sound. So, basically anything that was issued on vinyl is fair game, and we will try almost any song once! We cover a wide variety of genres: rock, pop, country, folk, folk-rock, R'n'B, soul, even (on occasion) jazz.
We never feel like slaves to the original recording, however; we have our own style and adapt each song to our instrumentation and voices. We are NEVER too loud, especially at restaurants; most poeple find it easy to converse while we play, but they can also sing along when we play a song they know. They even dance! A slow song or a two-step often is irresistable.
